Hildred’s research project aims for the development of a scalable, reproducible, and standardised computational framework that integrates multiple Biosynthetic Gene Cluster (BGC) prediction approaches, enables robust comparison and validation, and facilitates the discovery of novel BGCs from large-scale metagenomic datasets.
